    these pics were from about 3 weeks ago. BW-196 BF- roughly 7-8%
    I'll have some more soon of legs. Quads have gotten a lot better over the months.

    Thanks bro....I would like to stay at my current bf and try to get up to 205. I think I would probably have to gain some bf in the process, slow and steady though. Would like to do it over the course of the next 8-12 months.

    you always look real good. i love the bicep shot. got the seperation peaking out nice. besides diet of course what cardio do you do to consistantly stay so tight?

    Thanks guys for the compliments...I posted what my weekly lifting routine looks like in the workout questions. I change it every week.

    I haven't done any cardio for the last three months. When I do cardio I usually do 30 min of walking on incline on empty stomach. Usually if I keep my diet strict I can avoid doing cardio completely.

    All the best with the lean bulk... again, lookin solid. I'm gonna be following your goals as well, trying to get to 205 with minimal fat... might take 8-12 months as well...

    I've thought about competing, but not sure when it's going to happen.
    I am not a fan of cutting calories at all. If I dont eat at least 3500 a day I get really hungry and mad.

    Good looking bro. That bicep looks round and full (Almost overpowering your tris... but it's probably the angle of the cam)

    Legs look good too. I'd shoot for a bit more mass in them if you're after a bb'ing competition shape tho.

    Actually my triceps are more developed that bi's. its pretty obvious when you look at it from the side, but hard to tell from those shots.
    Ya next time I will get some full body shots i just didnt have anyone to take the pics this time.
