    well, 4 weeks out now, crunch time

    This pic is 4 weeks out, time for the drastic changes now. As of tomorrow, no more steaks, protien powders, fruit, tuna. Just chicken, white potatoes, broccoli,flax, oats(dropping 2 weeks out) egg whites. Only food I get to eat for 4 weeks ,yippie right? I wanted to hang onto as much mass as I could until the last possible second. Next week you'll see real results.

My arms are currently 18" cold, waistline is around 33", not sure what chest is, last time I checked it was around 47 or 48", Have no clue what the legs are, they were just under 28" before my diet, so maybe 27" now.     You should do well, show some pics without flex so we can judge body proportions. Looks like your legs are being stubborn and holding some water too. Looking good, admire the dedication that it takes. goodluck

    Keep in mind you'll come in light for your weight class, really shredd it up, get your posing down, and get someone that really knows how to apply your tan. (Cost a buddy of mine 2nd place last year). IMO.

    For your height you do not look 223lbs but you do look good. If you keep your diet in check you should do really well. Good luck

    Just curious,what show are you training for.Also you look pretty good but I think if you got some help with your posing you would look alot better. Good luck with the show.
