    2 wks out now, lets do this shit!!!!!!!!!!!!

    2 wks out now, sitting at 218 lbs, feeling very tired and miserable, somebody just give me a ****ing beer and a pizza already!!! I didnt wanna go down to the lake in my posing trunks, so thats the only reason the quads arent in the pics, but they are coming in slowly but surely now

    Thanks to you all. I got on the scale yesterday morning at 213.5 lbs. After much consideration, I've decided to go light heavy class. So it's double cardio sessions wearing a hooded fleece, the sauna ed, and I'm def going to have to lose some carbs. I was going to just do the junior class as it's only my second show, but **** it, I'm going open. I need to do this shit big. Thanks for the compliments everybody

    I like the side chest pose, chest and delts look thick. Your condition is awesome, just play your cards right the last few days before the show and you will do really well. Also those pics would look much better if you were really dark tan. Make sure to post up pics after the contest. I bet atleast top 3 for sure unless there are some freaks in the show. I am jealous of your condition!
