Heavy weight , small class .
height had to be under 1m69 ( 1m68 for me )
and weight had to be at least 3 kg more than my height ( so 71 kg ) and i was at 75 kg..

hello ,

diet is : 0% fat white cheese or white eggs and boiled fish or white meat , a lot of fruits ( especialy in the evening when i was hungry : apples , oranges , pommeloes ) , 1 shake of whey , NO carbs

and ( i know it's too much , but i 'm not lying ) workout + 2 hours of intensive cardio 5 days/week .
I think time depends of the point from where you start... for me i have starting fat and it took me between 3 and 4 months
