thanks for the feedback guys. i do feel way better! i thought with all my weight loss i would lose alot of muscle mass, but i in fact look bigger than i did at 205. my goal is still 178(for my upcoming bout in a week). i think i will stay at 180 for good. i like the way i look and i feel better.![]()
my diet is on my last pic thread. i have now realized that a proper diet is so key in my weightloss sucess!!

Maybe you should consider cutting down to 175lbs and then bulk up to 200, but staying on a low/med carbs diet, you'll get a fantastic shredded body, JMO
