    you got some good size man. are you a powerlifter or bodybuilder ? to me it looks like you would be excellent in powerlifting. arms are lookin big as well. how old are u buddy ? good work man .

    I've honestly done cardio six days a week and worked my ass off last year and gotten down to 190 with 18" biceps and a 32" waist, but I still didn't feel happy because I was reclusive and I had no friends
