Good base testerona. Keep it up, you have a lot of potential. Diet is everything, that is the one things I wish I understood at your age. Work on getting those legs up to the level of your upper. Other than that, goodwork.

looks like you gained a little weight in the mid section, but great base at 19. How many cycles have you done?

it looks like when u get bigger, your strong points are gonna be shoulders and upperback...your lats are in good view from the front for your size. pound away when you do your chest, arms, and legs and remember one thing that i tend to forget sometimes....when you workout, it is supposed to hurt....you need to feel that acid build up in your muscles...when you do a workout that is painful (not an injuring kind of pain) then you know you are gonna be building some good muscle. good luck and i hope to see some bad ass pics in 6 months.

nope. i've always worked them once a wk so i thought i'd try and shock them a bit. plus im on cycle so i think my legs will recover well enough, don't you? how do i find swole's program, it's not on visualexelance.com is it?

  24. #24
If you split your legs into two days, this is what worked well for me. Mon: Quads(Squats, Low footing legpress, Lunges, leg extentions), Thurs: Hams(Deadlifts, Goodmornings, High footing legpress, Leg curls). Try it out, Take 45-1hr and completely blast them. My legs grew quite a bit, Never thought they would even come as far as they have, still a lot of work to do. Goodluck

2-3 times a week. This is my routine in a nutshell, if you want more info you got my email.

(Routine when I was doing legs 2times/week, it is different now because I'm working on bringing up a diff. bodypart).

    Mon:Quads
    Tues: Chest, calves
    Wed: Back, Abs
Thurs: Hams, Traps (shoulders every other week, my stongpoint)
    Fri: Arms, calves
    Sat:OFF
    Sun:OFF

Hey bro, looking good for a 19 YO man! BTW just gotta burn your nuts on your
upper arms, chest and legs, you seem to have good lats, traps and
shoulders that won't be hard for you to get huge on them. keep up the
    great look, test!

You have a very similar build to me when I was around 20. You will look great given you train and eat like you should for the next few years.

thanks for all the input. i really need to work on my upper chest, but i have a hard time issolating it. my lower is very developed so it makes my chest look sloppy. when i do inclines, my shoulder's tend to burn out before my chest does. any input on good upper chest routines.

If your shoulders burn out first , try to pre-exhaust your pecs with pec-dec or incline FLYS. These two exercises involve almost only your pectoral muscles. Maybe 3 sets of pec-dec, and 3 or 4 of flys, heavy. Then your chest will give out first on bench
