looking good bro. chest look's like it could do with some work
also like the tat![]()
Depends on what your goals are.
Look lean...but if you have pics of your upper body....why not the lower? It's probably your legs that need the work.
back looks good...work on chest a little...looking lean tho good work
ya man. you look lean and solid. very good base on top. like the others said, chest and where's legs?
Hey guys, thanks for the feedback. I'm hearing that my chest is lacking, I always thought it was my biggest part. I'm 23, 5'10 185
Squat: 360- all the way down
Dead: max 420- 375x6 no straps
Bench:325
Lookin lean and good lifts for your bodyweight. Keep lifting and add more calories if you want to put on weight.
maybe its' just a bad angle for the chest bro. 325max bench is no joke. keep it up, props for the hard work. legs look good as well. looking at the pics again, maybe try harder on the traps. good work
Really 325 isn't too impressive of a lift for 185lb guy. I consider double or more of the bodyweight to be on the impressive side. Good lifts though, focus more on dumbells maybe to help with chest development. Looks like your anterior delts(front of shoulder) overpower your chest a bit.
true, but he is 5ft 10inch tall. that's alot different then a 5ft 6in guy weighing 185 ya know. i'm by no means a competitive BB, but i'm 6ft 180 and max about 265lbs. i have work to do yes, but i consider 325 a good lift for a tall guy under 200lbs. hell i'm just trying to get three plates, i'll get there soon.......hopefully
