    4 weeks out now

    Here are my updated pics. i'm now only 4 weeks from the show and upped cardio to twice a day and the doctor cleared me to get back on weights after my bicep tear. let me know what you think. now 6 feet and around 225.

    pics are very small, hard to critique. looks like your midsection really needs work.

    bigger pics would help. sorry can't give better advice.

    Good work WEBB! 4 weeks out, you should really be dialing in your diet, play with those carbs, your abs should be visable at this point, so I hope they do not come in too late. Are you going to use diuretics? Overall looking good and symmetrical, I think you'll do fine.

    yeah thats why i have upped my cardio to twice a day and i'm gonna try and enlarge the pics now.

    ibdmfkr i'm super concerened about my abs they are a littlte behind but i'm workin my ass of for them now. there visable but not overly great and not sure why my diet is ultra tight. and i have 2 aldectacet diuretics for the show.

    i looked at your last pics because they were bigger and your mid section is really behind. it looks as if it's covered by a thick layer of water. i wouldn't go overboard with the cardio to try and bring in your stomach because then the rest of the body will shrivel up.

    do you have a prep person working with you?

    is your sodium off?

    yeah i have a couple really good peole working with me. i'm doing 40 min in the morning on an empty stomach and then 20 min after weight training, so i'm not going overboard. i'm not sure about my sodium but i'm still taking test prop eod 100mg till tommorrow then i will drop it so hopefully that will help. any other suggestions on the water in my mid section.

    listen to your guys, they've been with you from the start. i'm sure when the prop comes out so will the water.

    yeah, i just figured out my sodium intake daily and its close to 3500mg. this is due mainly to a lot of salsa and tabasco sauce. i am now dropping them completely from my diet. with out these my sodium drops down to 1000mg daily at four weeks out so i think this will make a huge difference.
