i did one cycle about a year ago of test e at 400mg/wk for 8 weeks. have been training hard for only 2 years. planning on doing a 12 week cycle of sust 250 at 500mg/wk (eod injections). then proper pct. this is where im at now...what do u think

Nice work, looking well developed for 20. Only thing that sticks out as a weak point would be the lats and the delts. How are the legs?

lookin pretty big. the only thing that sticks out to me as being weak is ur traps. i think ur lats and shoulders look proportional. pretty good though overall.
well since im about 200lbs now i wanna bulk up to 225...hopefully after my 12 week sust cycle i'll be around there...i have 17.5" arms pumped...lookin to hit the 19 inch mark in the near future. im looking to have a more of a bodybuilder type physique rather than a powerlifter. so after this bulking cycle i plan on running a lean mass cycle (maybe EQ, Winny, Test) where i cut back on my calories and keep the training intensity high and just look big and ripped at the same time...lookin to do a show in a couple of years or so

You're lookin solid at 195 bro. I agree with Lucabratzi, your traps could use some size but, overall good build.

One suggestion, you may want to add another compound with the Sust, such as Deca or Eq at 400mg. You will get increased results from doing this for sure than by just sust alone.

great start to the goals you are trying to achieve.....legs even look up to par for the rest of you. I do alot of deadlifts and build the back(traps) like was mentioned but I really think you look great!!!!!!!!!
nah ive never done dbol and dont think i ever plan to cause i hear all that u gain from it u lose. i've only done deadlifts once in my life...i pretty much taught myself how to lift and diet on my own and deadlifts are the one thing i've been reluctant to try on my own...but i know i'll need to incorporate them if i plan on getting any bigger

great development at an early age, consider hittin them medial delts to round things out just a tad. little more thickness on the chest too.
start researching deadlifts. i too taught myself and it was by far the best thing i've done for my thickness and upper back. you'd be surprised what a month of heavy deadlifts can do visibly.
you look great, keep it up.
also is your cycle going to be a cutting one or a bulking one?
i think you could do either where you are now looking at your pics
