    Here are my pics, I have been lingering these forums and many others for years but have never shown any pictures before because I wasn't ready for critiquing and I like the way I look now so here they are.

    Your front Delts definitly overpower the rest of your shoulders..

    Might want to bring out the side and rear delt some more.

    My rear delts actually pop out alot maybe it's just not showing it in these pics. I do agree that I need to work on more side laterals and work on broadening my shoulders. My front delts are overpowering from years of bad form on any chest pressing movement. Any more critiques?

    Yeah your front delt are the first thing i see. I would say work your chest and lats some more. Will give you a more filled out look. Atleast to catch up with those delts

    I'm working on the traps. Any more critiques it gives me motivation to have others show my faults? Those weak points everyone has mentioned are the same ones I have been thinking need help.

    Looking good overall.

    Lats; tris; traps are the most obvious deficiencies

    legs are really important. if your legs are neglected then the rest of your body will suffer too.
