New Picts
Sorry for the quality. I don't have my digital camera here so I used my cell phone. I'm 5'6" sitting right around 210. Still have some abs showing. Trying to bulk to 220-230.

For reference this is what I looked liked before.
Check out my big huge quads. No comments about the swim trunks. I was in Puerto Rico. I got laid left and right wearing those trunks.

Helluva transformation, Carlos. You have basically added over seventy pounds of lean tissue over the passed 7 years.

Don't talk bad about Zapp, I think he looks awesome, I would like that physice. It's not all mass for me, you look good and all but you look just as good on that beach pic if not better. I like the swimming trunks also, what are you suppose to have, those kind that goes up in your ass? Well, I know you are bulking and all, but remember that it's not all size. I know most guys here will salute you for being bigger and bigger, but most chicks have a limit to were they care about mass. They would choose the cut up picture 10/10 times, you could try it yourself.
I know you are competing so I understand you wanting to advance to greater mass and so all the time, just don't let it destroy you in the process.
And this is not something I say to flame you or because I am jealous, I see alot of good bodies here, and those I like the most are definitely not the biggest ones.
Nevertheless, great progress, I can see you work very hard, I hope you reach your goals and that it will make you happy.
And just remember, it doesn't matter in the end how one looks, it is the quality of ones heart that matters in the end. I say that because you called one of your brothers a boyish sack of bones and that is just childish shit.

Well ok carlos, I did not know he started it all, but someone gotta stop it and be a model for others. This world looks so shitty today because everyone is so full of pride and can't just get over little meaningless shit. I know you don't train for chicks, and I don't, but I looked in alot of other threads and it seems like a big reason why many train. You should always train for yourself, and people should always respect you for the one you are on the inside. The outside is constantly changing and it is only cells, it is the soul that carries the joy and love and we should show it more that's all.
Take care Carlos

Carlos - you look solid bro......some are in for the beach and chicks, some for health, others to compete (which means getting as big and as cut as possible - you) I'm interested to see your current routine, diet strategies, thoughts, goals.....etc.....
