5' 9" 200lbs 20 years old been training pretty intense for 2 years
cycle history
wk 1-8: test e 400mg/wk
i did this cycle over a year a ago
i plan on running this cycle in feb.
wk 1-12: 500mg/wk sust (125mg eod)
wk 1-10: 400mg/wk deca (200mg 2x/wk)
start pct 18 days after last sust injection
day 1-28: 20mg nolva
day 1: 300mg clomid
day 2-15: 100mg clomid
day 16-28: 50mg clomid
10mg nolva ed throughout cycle

looking thick bro..big boy for 20...im 20 sittn at 5'6 185 u look wicked thick compared to me..nice wheels also...what kinda gains are you lookn for with this cycle?

Great base for 20, you're gonna be huge. Only thing I'd critique would be your chest and traps are lagging. Cycle looks good, keep us posted.

my chest is the thing that i work that hardest. i cant understand why it's one of my week points but i know it is. it's strong but it never blew up like my arms. i think i may over training it. for my cycle im really gonna concentrate on my chest, traps and shoulders and hit everything else hard too. hopin to put on 25lbs and keep 15-20.

i'm on same cycle right now week 4, i gained 8 kg so far, weighted this morning at 81 kg, the only thing is i gained fat too, in february i'lll start a cutter..Good luck,looking good

ur gonna be a monster after that cycle bro..ur right ur arms deff came in a lot quicker than your chest and traps...try to switch up your routine...i switch up my chest routine every 3 weeks...heavy dips helped me with my chest...just thought id share..good lukc bro

Stack comments
The testo / injections seems good but my comments is towards your pct/anti esto therapy.
You start novaldex/estrogen blocker high for first month then bring it down to a measly dose of 5mg for the rest of the cycle and then to boot abruptly stop it after your last week of taking testo. I dont think this makes alot of sense, when you start injecting steroids its going to take prolly at least a week or two before enough estrogen has accumilated by cross aromatisation from testo to have any effect. So in effect you are takin alot of estrogen blocker when realy there is no estrogen to block ! Then when you stop your cycle and natural testo is low in comparison to higher estrogen you stop nolva ?
I would recomend not using nolva for the first 2 weeks even then introducing it and keep it at 20mg a day for a month like u did, and then if u have to bring it down to say 10mg a day continued until 2-3 weeks after the cycle.
Using a high dosage also upregulates the estrogen receptors especialy in that first phase where you dont need it, so in effect when using novaldex your body becomes more sensitive to estrogen, so when you stop novaldex, even if the estrogen levels are normal you would have a enhanced effect. Rember that nolvadex only blocks the esto, which remains high in your blood, so when you abruptly discontinue it BOOM it hits big for 2 reasons 1) a shitload of esto still in your blood and 2) more receptors because of continued block !
Clomid you are using from the start ? Maybe that also isnt the best approach , start using in last month of cycle and continue till month after finished maybe better?
