After a member PM'ed me and asked, here are my front pics.
I am 5'11" tall and 262-264 (depending on water) and 30% BF.
I am eating clean. 60-20-20 diet, Low cals and carbs.
shake with flaxseed oil and multi vit twice a day.
i drink a min of 5 32 oz cups of ice water per day. i am always drinking something might as well be water.
I do cardio 5 times a week keeping 145 target heart rate for 30 mins , 20 mins for weight training days.
I havent taken anything besides an ECA stack but things like that never make me speed that much so im still testing dosages.
