    More old pics b4 Bulk Pics

    Aight fellas and ladies, here some more old pics I found. These r right b4 a photoshoot I had. I will post some bulking, natty, fat ass pics of me here in a day or 2. Dayum not pretty, I am fluctuating between 225-230 you guy's will have a good laugh though.

    Looking syck man.....I cant wrap my head around the fact that someone can maintain a physique like that with less then (or around) 3000cal, I think im gonna have to re-work how I eat. ....Good stuff

    Very impressive physique, and by the looks of his diet he def knows what he's doing. And did you guys read the part about how he has fat pics too, where he's 225 or 230ish? This is a guy who truly knows his stuff. He doesnt stay ripped year round, b/ he knows what it takes to come back that much bigger and more ripped the next time around. Good work, glad to see a fellow bodybuilder on here.

    Yeah bro, I use to be worried about having ripped abs all year, it really did just hinder my gains. UR right you gotta gain some weight all w/ some fat to actually come bigger and better, and strength is just crazy. Thanks everyone for the compliments, I will post bulk pics when I get my new digi-cam, trying to talk my girl into giving it to me early.

    I am 174 in the pics, but if all goes well I will be a LT. Heavy next yr. Thanks for the compliments and will post bulk pics as soon as I get my new digicam.

    I start cardio about 4 weeks out from a show, I depend on diet at first to spur fat loss. I have never used DNP. I like Green tea, ALCAR, and eca stack.
