    I keep loosing focus. Probably have been really good since November. I find that I get better results doing high weight min of 7 reps. That's when I notice the most gain. Higher reps, low weight which my pt had me doing, i find the least results with. (im sure the on & off is probably the real problem)
    I've belonged to the gym for 15 years but until recently didn't know anything.

    Thanks Zapp, I think I may include T3 along with clen for a few 3 week or so cycles this summer. I'm not excited about including a mild anabolic along with T3, but I dont think some var would hurt much. I am really trying to stay natural until next January.
    I might start shaving Carlos..I've been giving thought to that lately.

    I don't think you have alot of work to do Law. You have good size on your quads and calves. A little definition and you'll be there.

    Here's a pic of my wheel(s) They suck as and are a weak point, but I am workin on 'em. I genetically have no sweep, but hopefully I cna overcome that.

    It was back in august I wanna say. SO about 4-5 months old. Although I havent made much progress since then b/c I was in PCT there, so lost a little bit of size and am not Quite as lean. I also hurt my back doing deads so havent doen back squats or deads in about 8-10wks. I start back squatting again tommorrow...hopefully. I have only been doing front squats and hacks which arent bad substitutions I guess. WHy do you ask?

    How many lbs of bodyweight did you add in relation to your 50 lb increase on your max squat?

    I'm curious as to the ratio.

    Also.. what do you legs measure right now?

    Did you deadlift go up?

    I recall you were tossing around some Mad-poundage at the end of last year

    narky the phillsbury doughboy!!! welcome to the chubby club

    a good 10lbs of BW was needed to raise my squat max but i think it mostly my technic that did the difference. as for the deadlift ive manage to put a not to bad 40lbs since spring 2005. but ive discover something relly interesting... as the BF goes up, the max poundage increase proportionnaly


    right now im nowhere the size i was 3 months ago, but they were 28" pumped, i got tons of stretch mark running down my hams & quads lol

    Thanks Spound, the first year training them consistently I would train twice/wk (mon-Quads, Thurs-hams) and made considerable progress, After I built a base I started doing once/wk and switch routine to help pull up other lagging bodyparts with good success so far.
    That last pic I was tested at around 9% which is with me consuming approx 3400-3800cal/day more of a maintainance with almost no supplements and 90% actual foods, thanks to Pinnacle for the help btw (thanks bro). So Yes, I'd say that is mid-lean for me. I could easily get lower but am still playing with different diets to see what would be most effective in losing BF and maintaining LBM.
