    damnit, I need a digital camera!!! I tore my hamstrings (both of them) about a year and a half ago and I want to have them critiqued. Maybe I'll go to target and shell out $30 for a webcam...

    i posted my legs pics from last time i competed prolly on page one of this thread and now here they are 8 months later...be nice boys, they need some work, but they are getting better...

    quads

    I agree with ZAP in his original post...

    Quads take time and alot of hard work... legs presses, front squats, lunges are the main contributors to my quad development.. I hit my quads hard once a week... sometimes twice if i have the energy and time... The second work out consists of extentions, hacks and lunges...

    Thanks guys, my legs used to be a weak point. Once I started building them with squats my upper body got stronger too. Now I love doin legs. Can't wait to try my first cycle. I'm still getting stronger so I'll hold off for a while.

    just do what I did, dont even shave them, just take a trimmer and go to town, it took only like 3 minutes for mine

    Where are you supposed to measure quads? I've seen people measure at the top thickest part, hell I've seen all over the place.
