Wow ! Thanks Nark.... That means a lot to me ... No I have never done rows, but i lift heavy all day long and my tan is just from working outside in this ( #*ç" ) heat....
Its exciting, to finally see my muscles , i have in my back...

I know the feeling. You have a very good build and you're young. Plenty of time to win a lot of 1st place trophies.

I am around 270lbs, trying to lean up and stay cut with only lean gain cycles. I was naturally 265 but now have a lower % BF and a few pounds more of lean mass. I am considering trying some of the more androgenic types of gear to see if I have got what it takes to do a competition.

So far I have only used Test Prop, Var, Tbol, Eq and NPP so I would love to see what happens with dbol , tren and winny.

Here are my wheels which again I am fortunate for genetically...........thanks dad!
