keep working man! you look like an ecto - make sure you are stuffing your face with food every 2 hours and when you lift, LIFT HEAVY! eat, lift, sleep and you should grow! good luck!

I have your same body type. In fact, I was skinnier at 17. If you want size, you are going to have to work on your diet. Your diet will be much more important than suppliments or anything for that matter. Eat at least every two hours, whether it be food or meal replacement. If I knew then (at 17) what I know now (at 32), I would have eaten everyday all day. If you do it right, size will come. You'll just have to work harder than everyone else around you, but the payoff is much higher knowing how much you have put into it. Good luck!

thats a good start man but like everyone else said you have gotta put on a lot of weight... i suggest whey protien... or some weight gainers
