umm not sure what your goin for but uh calves aint lookin bad but other pic kinda sux so cant really tell bf% but uhh you may wanna check out the diet and training forums buddy they'll help alot...but good luck to ya..

14% I would estimate from that terrible pic. Work on your soleus, it will improve the width of your calves. Seated calf raises is the answer.

yeah bro, go over to the diet forum it really really really helped me onto my way for my first bulking diet, im only 3 days into it but i alredy feel better and am doing it very clean so im sure iw ill grow fast! Plus the guys over there are genius's when it comes to this stuff...really pay those guys respect and go over there and learn tons! Good luck bro!
