I am starting to cut next week. As you can see I have almost no seperation in my biceps. Will this change once I lower my BF? Are there specific exercises I can do to achiece a decent level of seperation?

do u mean seperation in bi's and tri's or between the actual bicec. if its the bicep then that takes awhile. years upon years to develope that. if its seperation of ur bi's and tri's then 2 months+
