I currently weigh 162 and am looking to exceed 180+.
I'm 27 started training hard since August. I'm also boxing along with lifting weights. I know the 2 are counterproductive for bulking but I don't do any cardio aside from boxing (for now). I want to bulk up seriously for the summer then cut weight next fall for figthing. Man my upppercuts are like cinder blocks right now...

Any advice/critiques appreciated..especially recommened cycles (would be my first time)
