Anthony C Transformation pics on going
Whats up this is a great site I hope to get some feed back on these pics.I weighed 240 in the pic where Im fat as heck and in the others im at 187.My goals are to get down to around 175 by summer and come in at around 12% bf .I think im around 18% now please let me now if you thinks its more or less because Im just not sure .My diet up to this point has been high carb/protien almost zero fats and sugars .My traing has been working my body as a whole 3 times a week Its taken about 12 weeks to get this far ....
squats 2x12
decline bench 2x8-12
inline bench 1x12
flys 2x12
chins 2x12
bb rows 2x8-12
shoulder press 2x8-12
hammer curls 2x8-12
Im now going to start changing some things around .Diet will have more protien and fats and less carbs way less except pwo .My training will be changed to this because I have really missed this kind of traing for one and two just feel that I need to focus on one or two body parts at a time
mon chest/tris
tue back/bis
wed off
thur shoulder/traps
fri legs
Im 5'11 34 yrs old .

Seriously great job IN 12 weeks.
A lot of the guys on here have me really impressed with their transformations, keeps us motivated.

Thanks guys .Ill try to get better pics up tonight but what would you guess bf would be now ? Its been a real strugle to get this weihgt off cant wait till this summer so I can eat again .I was so out of shape in that first pic so I have had and still have alot of work left but with the help of all the stickys and guys like swole cat around here you can do alot with nothing peace .Anthony C

12 weeks!!! Thats great only thing I would say lower the camera a bit so we can see the whole stomach area..

Thanks bros .Please ck out the last pic at the very top and let me know what you think BF Might be ?Also After being all fat and what not I have this little frikin pouch lower ab area .Is that thing ever going to go away ??

Well done m8, You look like you had a decent amount of LBM mass under the fat.Keep going love to see your progress in 6 months to a year.

Thanks guys any Idea on BF%?? Also Im about ready tot start my first cycle .
Ive been lifting 4 years and Im 34 soI think Im Ready .I hoping to get rid of this stinkin pouch in the lower ab area ..So Im hoping after this cycle and my continue of diet and workout plan Ill be able to reach my goal for this summer ..
The cycle will end up being
weeks 1-10 300mg Test E (Might bump up to 500mg
weeks 1-4 D-bol 20 mg ED
