Whats up this is a great site I hope to get some feed back on these pics.I weighed 240 in the pic where Im fat as heck and in the others im at 187.My goals are to get down to around 175 by summer and come in at around 12% bf .I think im around 18% now please let me now if you thinks its more or less because Im just not sure .My diet up to this point has been high carb/protien almost zero fats and sugars .My traing has been working my body as a whole 3 times a week Its taken about 12 weeks to get this far ....

shoulder press 2x8-12
hammer curls 2x8-12
Im now going to start changing some things around .Diet will have more protien and fats and less carbs way less except pwo .My training will be changed to this because I have really missed this kind of traing for one and two just feel that I need to focus on one or two body parts at a time
