    pics of me.

    ok guys and gals here a few pics of my fat ass. i was lighter and more cut and more athletic 2 years ago in highschool. i was very much into sports. since then i've been on and off with goin to the gym but i just recently got back into full force.

    yea i know i have to drop the bf. think about this.. within 2 years i put on 100 pounds. my senior year i went to 245 after football to 195 after wrestling and now i'm 290.

    if you are 290 @ 32 % bodyfat then you have roughly 93 pounds of fat, if you lose half of the fat you would be 240 @ 18% b/f. this is just a line to go bye so that you'll know that your losing mostly fat. so the moral is if you end up being 230 @ 18% bodyfat then you'll be doing a good job, if you are 230 wit less b/f then you are a workhorse or a genetic mule. get your nutrition regimen straight and kick some ass. go ahead wit cutting cycles until you get around 220 @ 14% b/f,then start bulking and cutting to give ur body some diversity. you'll lose the fat faster when the muscle is on, goodluck and peace
