Dang thanks guys .Well I started driving for UPS so running all day long thats helped alot .My diet was basic high carbs /pro and next to no fat .Basicly I eat alot of rice and tuna every day .I keep things simple .I have heard that I have messed up by not adding fat to my diet so ive changed that now .Uhmm my training was a full body routine 3 times a week for 3 months or so however I have changed that as well .Now Im back to chest/tris back/bis shoulders / legs type routine .I was running about nine miles a week but have stoped the running now and Iam focusing more on lifting .Thanks for the props guys it feels good .I have worked my can off and I still have along way to go but Im on my way ....Peace AC

Looking awesome. That's one heck of a transformation. You're an excellent example of what a solid diet + cardio can do for you. Everyone thinks supplements and gear will answer their problems.

This board has helped me so much along the way it really is a great place to learn alot .
My stats before pic where 5'11 240 Ibs bf was around 33%bf
stats now 5'11 184 BF% Not sure was hoping some of you could tell me ,I would only guess it to be around 18% not sure though . Before I was a hard core powerlifter the only problem with that was I wasent very strong LoL I thought if I ate whatever I would get stronger but it never worked out that way and I just ened up fat .I have been lifting for 4 years and Im 34 years old .I dident take any supps at all during this cuting phase no protien no creatine none of that stuff .The only place I got my protien from was food and Im thinking I would have keept more muscle had I used protien and crestine throught out this whole thing .I just wanted to see is supps where overated ,I must say now that I have started useing my protien supps and creatine Im looking bigger and recovering better so well see .My goal is to get down to around 12-10%BF By summer .You guys are great and have a huge amount of knowlage on cuting and bodybuilding again great place ....AC

My diet was and is around 2200 cals a day
about six -seven small meals a day
no sugar /no fat
high carb/protien
This is like a sample of what diet has been
meal 1 ,One bagel fat free cottage cheese sugar free syrup cinamon
meal 2 tuna and rice soy sauce
meal 3 tuna rice and soy sauce
meal 4 health choice meal frozen food
meal 5 chcken out of can with rice
meal 6 fat free waffels with sugar free syrup and cinamon fat free cottage cheese .
The tuna and rice is easy for me because its so fast and easy to get down at work .I think the main thing is to just stick to it .I started eating to look and feel better vs eating because I was board .I try not to stay at home much because thats when things get though .Also I had a whole cheat day every week not a meal but a whole day of just eating crap whatever whenever I wanted ....I really have a long way to go yet like I said I have all this lose skin crap I need to deal with now Im hoping it will tighten up by summer

Thanks guys Ill post some more progress pics in about 2-3months .I need really start to focus on diet and training to get close to my summer goal of 10%BF .I hope I can make it if I dont I only have myself to blame .
Just as a side note I was watching gregg Valentino last night on TLC and I got kinda of upset because all TV and media show only guys who totaly abuse gear Icant remember who the old guy was who had won Mr O or something in like 73 anyways he gets on there saying how his liver and kidneys are all messed up plus he had a stroke ,heart attack ect,ect because of gear and how he never used gear before to win the Mr O (someone chime in on this not sure what the old guy won )Anyways he said he won the big shows without gear and dident try gear untill later .I guess the thing that made me mad about all this is One I think the old guy is a lier and ate dbol by the hand fulls and thats what messed him up not to add all the other crap he took .Two who better to put on TV than Gregg Valentino for a reason not to do gear .Its no wonder that after watching something like this on TV People are totaly freaked out about gear .I think TLC did their Job by making gregg thier little puppet for steroids and that older guy blaming all his problems on gear .What the old guy failed to state was How much crap he took and what he took .We know know that if you eat dbol by the handfuls your going to get messed up at some point .I havent touched gear myself and I have been fighting the idea for awhile now not sure about it one way or the other but it just gets me upset to see this kind of crap and lies on TV .....ACLast edited by Anthony C; 02-13-2006 at 09:06 PM.
