I wasn't aware it was any ONE person's responsibility to call anyone out on anything, but I'll move beyond that. I'm old enough to know how to behave, and with all due respect and I say this in the nicest way possible..., I don't need anyone calling a time-out for me and telling me to chill out.. I don't care how long someone's been here.....you can be old as HTML as far as I care. I know when someone's disrespected me for being nothing but nice, and I said something about it. That's all. Deed done. If you feel the need to be someone's cheerleader, then by all means, have at it. If I showed any immaturity at all, it was certainly in responding to such an uninvited attitude. For that, I am regretful.

Thank you for your interest and YHO was respected by me, whether you read that into this or not. Sometimes the written word does not translate well over the internet...it's all in where one chooses to accentuate and interpret attitude and place stress on words. But if you could hear me read this, you'd understand I am being kind. I have no attitude.

I've moved on. I wish everyone else would too. Last I will say on the subject. Thank you for the compliment.

So with that said....can we please talk about helping/building/nourishing our bodies?

Your telling me you have never touched a hardner?? doesnt look like it from the vascularity on your stomach,,and if you dont know what winstrol is than you are in the wrong place, who would even be on this bored and post pics and have absolutly no idea what so ever what winstrol is?? sounds wierd,,

Granted I interned in a pharmacy so I know a smidgen..but he's in his 40's using anabolics, and hasnt heard about one of the most notorious substances known to bodybuilding? I smell giraffe shit.
