This is for the Oldman. Well yes i am a bit nosey I have been doing my research about AAS and have acquired a few. I was thinking before i said to myself let me train more before i dabble into the AAS. Unfortunately i wasted my money on Test E. and Dbol. I was going do a 12 week cycle of 500mg week of Test E. split 250mg monday and the other on thursday. D-bol(oral) 30mg for the first 4 weeks. Had acquired Nolva and Clomid for my PCT (after two weeks of my cycle being done) and Nolva during my cycle which im pretty sure i would had to use. Now i have these laying around wasted money because i decided didnt want to go through them for now and knew that i needed to learn more about my Class I and Class II, bases, compounds, and all the other stuff that i need to know about AAS.

i think you're overtraining bro...i personally would split up my weight days doing 2 on, 1 off...and only work out each muscle 1x every week in the rotation. something like this:
    monday: chest/biceps
    tuesday: legs
    wednesday: cardio/abs
    thursday: back
    friday: shoulders/triceps
    sat: cardio/abs
    sun: off

i agree with juddman your over training if your looking for size i would train one body part a day maybe 2 on a 4/5 day split something like this

    mon-chest/calves
    tue-back/shoulders
    wed-off
    thur-bis/tris
    fri-legs/abs

make sure you use good form on all your lifts and train hard with relatively high weight and low reps id say from 12-16 sets per body part keeping in the 5-8 reps range just my 2 cents hope it might help good luck bro

Some constructive critisism would be to try to get the BF% down a bit first..Im trying to do the same thing... Its tough and a long process, but cardio and diet are the key...

i dont think you should use aas .. i think you should get your training together .. and incorperate some cardio .. your diet looks fine if your bulking .. as far as the juice stay away from it .. i dont think you're ready .

    No AAS.

Learn how to harden yourself up through proper diet/cardio naturally.

If you don't have those tools, AAS are pretty pointless.

I Know i need to get the BF % down. I will emphasize more on cardio and abs. Just like all you guys have suggested. Going lay off the AAS for now until my routine is hardcore as well as my diet and reach my physical limits. Thank you guys...
