Here are some of my before and after pics. I started liftin this summer at 6'4 169 now im at 200lbs. My weight gain has slowed down tremendously Ive only gained 6lbs since December! Dont worry im not discouraged im still motivated but I feel I must do more to reach my goal of 230-240lbs. My caloric intake is about 3500-4000calories a day. Feel free to critique.
