    That's amazing bro! I had scoliosis when I was younger as well (granted nothing compared to yours) and had a pretty severe curve in my spine. I fell into the sport of rowing and according to the docs, that's what helped to straighten my spine. So it's no surprise that weight training has helped you as well. Good work!

    Dude your exploding with muscles.....You could use a little more size everywhere IMO but you are definately ripped...As you said you havent been doing cardio so I'm sure you are putting on some size. Pictures look awesome. Alot better than mine would look

    I HAD THE SAME SHIT DONE WHEN I WAS IN HIGHSCHOOL!!!... same thing 2 titanium rods in my back, posterior spinal fusion baby thats freakin awesome. Only mine didn't get infected and are still in there. haha we are too cool for this place, they don't know
