ok...finally some progress i am happy with
my legs have finally come up the point where it looks like i work them, i dont have alot of sweep but they sure are coming along. i need more back width also...these are the things i know. i am bulking right now, 12-13% bf, 5 feet 10 inches, 180 pounds, 19yrs old. practically natty too

thanks man. i have always had that thick ass shoulder vein, but the one in my biceps is smaller than a spaghetti noodle and doesnt show up unless i am dry, below 10% and working biceps lol

Looking good man.
On the critical side.. you could use some more back width and quad size... as you already noted.

im going to post my current back/leg routine in the workout forum for critiquing. i believe my diet is on point, i think i may just need some help in choosing the correct combos to bring up my weak areas

I think you have pretty good back width especially for your age...I would say work on chest and tris...

my triceps just suck, they get bigger slowly, but when they do they dont really look any better. oh well...back to the gym
