superdrol before pics.5'9 180.come critique
ok here are some pics of me before my superdrol cycle starting tomorow.
try not to hate to much.
ive only been working out 9 months.
i know that im extremely white,and need to tan immediately.
try to give me some good critisism.
let me know what i need to work on.
im 5'9 180
dont know body fat but if someone could tell me that would be cool.
i will be posting pics of after when im finished.

No bashing, well not really. I think you look pretty damn good for only working out a short while. How old are you though? I don't have any personal experience with superdrol, but I hear it can be pretty serious stuff. I hope you know what you're doing bro.

well i know what im doing.for the most part at least.i got the diet and the supplements down but just pretty much putting it all together for the first time.
o and im 20 years old.

i would really focus on the diet and train hard. hopefully your sd cycle will be 10/20/20. your back is looking good, but hit the rest of the body pretty hard. not bashing because you have only been training 9 months and for training that long you have a good base. focus on whole foods and limit shakes and you will see some nice gains. good luck and let us see some after pics

you look decent bro, but I think you should gain a bit first, and wait a couple years.....You will be glad you did......JMO

i know its a big jump for only working out for 9 months but im leaving for air force basic in a couple months and want to gain some size before i leave.
i wouldnt really consider this "juicing".

ok here it is.it varies a little each day.but youll get the jist of it.
7:00-7:30.
breakfast-4eggs,oatmeal with scoop of pb,glass of water,and a protein shake.sometimes toast.
10:00-10:30.
1-2 cans of tuna with a little mayo and mustard.
12:00-12:30.
two turkey sandwiches on wheat.protein shake
3:00-3:30.
2 cans of tuna with mayo and mustard.
7:00-7:30.
pwo.protein shake
1-2 breasts of chicken grilled,with either rice or potatoes,maybee some cheese,glass of water
10:00-11:00.
protein shake,then go to sleep
soon ill be taking away the protein shakes and adding some weight gainer shakes.just waiting for them to come to me in the mail.
i know it aint perfect but any help you guys could give me would be appreciated.i want to bulk

im going to start only eating whole wheat bread and all natty pb but for now i think its pretty decent compared to others diets ive herd about.

i know it needs work but i thinks its a good base with some more calories it can be ok for me.
i know that im not near my naturaly potential but im working oon it.
never been dedicated to anything as much as i am to lifting.im pretty sure ill be doing this for a long time to come even when im in the airforce

if you wanna be a bodybuilder diet is everything i'd make sure you can dial that in...i dont feel like computing everything but im guessing your cals are low.. ur using a lot of shakes....also pwo u better get some carbs in there not just a shake by itself i believe preworkout and post workout are incredibly important so i'd get those in shape the protein shake before bed i'd use a slow release protein or get urself some cottage cheese...just a few changes

i didnt really think 4 shakes was too much.
and after i workout i dont just take a shake i also have a meal.
if you read again youll see.
and i cant stand c cheese btu if i could find something else for bedtime i would do that but no c-cheese

If you got that in 9 months, i would hold off on the SD. Look up some good bulking diets and hit it hard for another year or two. Once you have a great base then jump on the SD. I would like to see you get some more experince in the Gym and then come over to the dark side

4 shakes is fine... and dont eat whole wheat.. pick up some cracked wheat. I go through a half loaf a week of oatmeal cracked wheat bread.......

Looks good, I would say hold off on sd and concentrate more on diet like everyone else has said. You look good for working out only a short time.

if you are looking to add on muscle, you could just dump the MRP shakes and keep whey + PB + oats (easily cooked in microwave with water then added to shake) + banana
save your money, and far better for you
you need a lot more carbs. also make sure you are squatting at least 2x weekly.

Train/diet/etc. for a few years, then think about super supps.
They are of no use to one who doesn't have a substantial base, which enables the body to understand what it is you are trying to do.

I think you have a good base and the Superdrol is going to give you some nice gains.
Down side - when you get in to the Air Force - they dictate what you eat, when you eat, how much rest you'll get and so on.
So you might lose all that you have gained - don't be bummed out about it.
You will most likely loose the extra body fat with basic training.
So in the end, you may be wasting the cycle.
