    11 weeks out from comp

    Just a few more pictuers. I was on vacation so my training did not go as planned and also my diet suffered. I had to eat a little more carbs than usall. But it seemed to really fill me out some. ANy comments would be great.

    lookin' solid for sure. Shoulders look like they could use a little more, and those shorts hide your legs so its hard to get the full effect. Got any back pics?

    Yeah, shoulders look good in that back double bi pic, calves look awesome too. But as stated above lats could have a better sweep.

    Arms/shoulders/chest look good. Back could use a little work. You've definitely got some mad size though. Good luck.

    Use straight arm pull downs every once when you hit the back, this is an upper
    lat killer, I can tell you I've got some width in my lats with this exercise and
    propper form when doing a wide grip lat pulldowns the secret here is the stretchings
    you do when the bar goes up, also a reverse wide grip lat pulldown is a killer
    for lat width, try out those ones bro you'll notice the difference in few months.

    Maybe widen your shoulders and lats just a little. Good vascularity in the calfs. Obviously you gotta lose those nipple rings, haha. Other than that looking very sharp, plenty of time to make the necessary corrections. Good luck.

    11 weeks out from a show isn't much time to add huge development.. but do think you can improve your lats in that time.

    I'd add chins if you aren't doing 'em currently.

    Other than lats.. i think you can add some chest size next offseason

    Hey guys thanks for all of your comments. And orkout excersise tips. It is just a learning experince doing this show and I am not expecting anything from it just to learn and grow. There is always going to be someone out there big. But I am tryingb

    looking very solid. i agree with nark about putting some size on you chest in the offseason, but other than that, i think your build looks great. nice symmetry and after drying out a bit right before the comp im sure youll look even better. good luck-B-STRONG

    look great ! Do you have wheels ? what weight class are you competing ? what was your body fat when you started your diet and how far out did you begin. Have you ever competed before ? could you share your diet and cardio plan ?
