My Pic : What should I do now? HELP!!!!

i'm 5"10, 190 lbs, 22 yrs old. I think my body fat is somewhere around 18%, i'd like to be down near around 12-13% and still at 185-190. I would like to reach this goal by the end of june. Is this possible? If so how? Do I need to cycle? How to cut? Please, all suggestions are appreciated!


also: i have thought i may possibly have gyno, i'm not sure? it's def a possibility. is there any topical cure? or any type of suppliment or gear that you guys sugget?

welcome..hir up the diet forum..no cycle..u need to develope some knowledge of AAS and get a solid base..this is a great place to learn..welcome and good luck

no you don't need AAS now just explore your limits in natural while you get
more knowledge in AAS regards, train your ass off hard and keep a clean diet
eating healthy and you'll reach your goals surelly. As for the possible gyno I
think that may be puberdal gyno, most of us have had this when we were at
18-22s but it naturally goes away, since I assume you haven't any kind of AAS
usage that's probably the gyno I was talking about, don't worry if you're not
taking AAS it won't grow like a porn star tits :D

train hard and heavy....have a good diet and hit up some cardio 3x's a week...you want to gain some mass and not worry so much about cutting...good luck, you have a great base to start out with!
