Cut or keep gaining?
I am new to this forum (just stumbled on to it yesterday) and wanted to post a couple of pictures. I am 5'9" and currently 183 lbs. This is the heaviest I have ever been. My shortterm goal is to get to 195 yet keep my bodyfat down. Right now I fear it is too high for my liking.
What do you guys suggest? Should I try to cut down a tad to shed some bodyfat for summer and then bulk back up this fall/winter, or should I just keep going until I add another 10 pounds or so?
Excuse the facial expressions.....I am not a poser

You look good bro. We can't really tell ya if you should cut for summer, or keep bulking, that's your call. I can say that you look good enough to enjoy summer, and could keep bulking. I'm a fatass, and still decided to bulk through summer. Anyway, welcome to A.R!!!

welcome...I agree with broncojosh the dicision is up to you weither to cut or keep bulking. You have a great base happening there.
If I was you though. I would cut. The ladies will love it!!!!! Save the bulking for those cold winter days when you are forced to where that thick sweater

I would keep bulking, while you still have good cuts dont sacrifice muscle gains,keep the momentum going in one direction and get bigger,looking good tho bro

What are your stats? Looking great, I'd love to cut down, to your BF. I would keep bulking. You obviously know your body pretty well, so unless your BF gets out of hand, I say add more pounds.
Shave the arms, man!

Stats:
Arms = 16"
Forearms = 13.4"
Chest = 44 or so"
Quads = 23.5"
Calfs = 16"
Waist = 32"
Any other comments? My quads are my weakness and my shoulders my strength. I think my chest needs work too.

Dude,
I think you look good at where you are NOW. Maybe get a little more cut but don't over do it.
I can wish to look that good.

Negative on the cutting. You're bodyfat is not high. Unless you have a good reason to , don't.

Dude looks to me like 175 would be your ideal weight. you have great size and a great base. What will 12 more pounds do accept make you look big and fat and make it harder to cut down.
If you can add 10 pounds of muscle go for it otherwise keep it lean

You look good right now. I would try and add 10 lbs and see what you think. If your happy then cut it up if not keep bulking.

You got great muscle shape or muscle/joint ratio or whatever they call that. Makes you look bigger than your stats would indicate. 16 arms look 18. I'd like to see you bulk up, get bigger. You're not in need of cutting unless you want rock hard abs. All the best bro

I'd have to agree and say that you should bulk. It's a hard decision (usually). But in my opinion, your looking solid man!! You can just keep lifting for now and maintaining the look you have...cuz it looks great! And then maybe start bulking up some more.

first off you look great. Your body fat appears to be low, I personally would bulk, then after that running a cutting cycle. YOu look great, good size, and definition. Add a few pounds and I think you will be even happier.
YOur overall physique is great though bud, whatever you decide, I know you will look good.

Here is a new shot at 190. I've stalled at 190 and will most likely begin to cut in 1 more month.
