Good base, just need to keep hitting them hard. Squats, lunges, Deads etc... Looks like they're coming along nicely.

Deff. doable, I just gained about 2inches on mine recently with the cycle I am finishing. Try and clean up the diet a bit to lean up, deff tell you are holding a bit of water/fat on your legs.

Quadse definaly looking good. I am trying to get mine to grow. And I hate when people say you should start working your legs out. I better they could not even hang with on of my leg workouts. I mean they are getting stronger budam it is taking long time to grow. I will post pictuers of my legs afterI do my compition in April.
But keep you training hard and great base.

when you do your lunges do you allterate legs or just do one set one leg then move to the next leg??

i Alternate Legs , if i stick with one leg for whole set i get fatigued on one side and loose balance .. i dont do them in one spot either , i walk down the gym turn and go back .
