Looks like you've put on a bit of weight. Great job. Now just work on sculpting your body with proper diet and training. Goodluck.

squat looks a little exagerated.
don't get me wrong, you've done great work but you just dont look like a guy that squats 500 for reps.....or @ least squats parralel

really nice work bud, but i am with meal. i dont think you could squat 500 for reps anywhere near paralel. i bet you got alot of stretch marks though

not being gay, BUT the only thing i can see from your second pic is the size of your unflexed arm. Try posting a pic with your shirt off so you can be better critiqued.
and i find it surprising that you could put 115 up for < 10 being in the condition of your first pic, i would guess more like 115 for 1 and thats being generous, JMO
anyways, from what i can see, great job, keep at it

i never once said squat @ parallel. i think parallel is dangerous, as i'm so very close to about to have knee surgery, i do box squat only. so forgive me if i eliminate an excersise so i can walk normal. my range of motion goes slightly above parallel. but anyways, thanks for the comments guys...better yet, thanks for the info on this site.

wow bro, you put on some serious pounds. great job. what are your future plans?
-

to NOT go back the way i was, my attitude has changed alot i guess you could say, and i would honestly go crazy if i did. my future plans is to get my knee healed right, and hit them harder than i've ever done legs before. i love legs, they are my favorite, and far superior to bench and curls. don't get my wrong, i would love to have a huge chest/arms, but a good base is where its at. its so odd to look back and see how much i've learned. i used to think you had to workout everyday (big mistake), my diet was horrible, i hardly slept. funny thing is, the more i learned -- the more i grew. majority of my gains were without AS. i'd rather have strength than size...

I don't know why soo many people have to be d!cks when people post stuff like this! Obviously he has put on a lot of mass, and if he was lying is it really going to affect you in anyway? Chill out, and quit assuming everyone is lying all the time. Good job man keep up the good work!

i've had both acl's repaired so i hear you about knee surgery. Allthough i have NO i'll effects from surgery, my kness swell up a little after a squat day, which doesnt bother me @ all or hurt @ all.
Most people just assume when you squat you go @ least parrallel. kinda like when you post up your max presses it's an assumption you're doing a complete range of motion.
You afraid of reinjuring it? or are you waiting till after surgery to go to parrallel.
Good luck w/ whatever. After my 2nd acl repair i only lost 2 1/2 inches from my repaired leg. It comes back fast though
What exactly are you having done in surgery?

I dont get why so many people think its that hard to get to a 500 lb squat. When someone says they bench 300/400, people dont jump on them, which is funny considering your legs are a hell of a lot stronger than chest. I believe you bro. Hell, when I was 180 I was deadlifting around 475 and squating 315. But the only people that believed me were friends, cause I was so small. I wasnt eating enough.

Squats are like any other exercise... as much as tendon/muscle attachment affects your strength in other exercises so does it with squats... as in the above example, at 180 I was easily doing 405 for reps in a very controlled manor... sounds like my bro is into wheels... couldn't agree more!
Nice transformation btw!

Very similar transformation to myself. I started out of high school at 158lbs and am at 223 atm.
I'll get some pics up and running soon. I want to find my old skinny pics of when I was 18 lol.
