I agree your thin.. but IMO you have excelent shape.... if you hit that diet and wieghts hard dedicated for a while you could be a monster.... but you look good already now(for most non bbers standard)... so its really up to you what you wanna do.... GL bro!

hes not really that skinny.....certainly he is smaller than a lot of the guys here, but compared to most people he's in excellent shape.

This is my pic, never done a cycle.
Age 23, 5'9 and 160-170 lbs, havent been on a scale in a long time.
No idea on BF, not much.
Play soccer so I do a lot of cardio trainin too, lift hard too of course.
I guess the cardio is what keepin me away from really exploding but i dont wanna be all that huge.

still think you could use a few amount of more pounds for weight, that shouldn't effect your soccer too much, maybe 3-8 more?
