This one time i put on a backpack with 30lbs in it and stood on a scale so i was 200lbs too.. I'm sorry bro but nobody is going to believe you.. go back a few post to the picture of myself i put up.. your trying to tell me we are the same height and you have 30lbs on me?! dude there is no flippin way

he benches 140 for 5 reps on freeweights.. 245 on a machine lol...cmon i wouldnt even bother maxin out on somethin you can change weight by hundred pounds or more with the switch of a pin....

this is not true...but what is true is that you are a straight up liar..you came on here talking sh!t tryin to deceive everyone..if you were straight forward and honest about your weight and were more pleasant you would have gotten some of the BEST workout and diet tips here...you might have been banned regardless for age but you could have gotten some great advice..you blew it so now were blowin on you to float away from AR shouldnt be too hard seeing as how you weigh about 143

Routine looks fine, but I would move back to Friday and do triceps with chest. Oh..and do traps with back and shoulders with chest. I didn't see shoulders in there
12 sets tops for big body parts
6-8 for small
Focus on heavy compound movements..squats, bench presses, military presses, heavy barbell rows, deadlifts
Lose all the fancy concentration curls and dumbbell kickbacks
Eat 2g protein per lb of bodyweight
Eat 2.5g carbs per lb bodyweight
Protein sources: meat, chicken breasts, eggs, tuna (fish), protein powder (wouldn't make this a habit to use as meals)
carbs: sweet potatoes, oats, brown rice are my favs
fats: (EFAs) flax oil, natural peanut butter, almonds, olive oil
Consume either protein/fat meals or protein/carb
PWO: consume 40g whey with 2x the amount in carbohydrates. You can either go High GI (dextrose) or low GI such as oats. Shoot for 80g carbs either way.
PPWO: usually an hour following post workout shake, consume a real meal with a good protein source and a low gi carb source
Eat frequent meals..every 2 hours or so at the longest I would say (what I do at least)
Sleep 8+ hours a day
Dont drink alcohol, do drugs
Thats what I can think of off the top of my head..
