Smile New member intro, and progress pics.

What's up guys. Just into the 6th week of my current cycle and training schedule. I am 31 and just started training again, after three years off. Been training hard again for 3 months, with strict dieting, rest, and with 5 days on, 2 days off routine.

Simple mild dose cycle of Sust 250,BD EQ, and last 4 weeks of winny depot.

    Started at 180lbs @ 18%BF, and now appx 197lbs @ 16%BF. I am 5'10"

Arms before 14.25", now 15.5", not sure on the rest.
Max bench from 185, back up to 260X1, or 225 X4. Going for 275 next week.

Sorry for the poor second photo, friends cell cam. Sorry, no wheels picture yet, but there doing well, not huge, but not chicken legs by any means either. Calves are 16", haven't measured my quads yet.

Overall, pretty happy with the results so far.

I must give an honest assessment.....

You do look bigger, but lots appears to be water as well, especially in the chest/nipple/stomach areas.
When you come off and normalize, it's going to be very hard for the body to keep whatever muscle you did gain, having you be so new to training once again. 3 months is not enough time to build a substantial base in which to begin to use AAS. As well, cellulary, your body won't understand what it is you are aiming to do while "natural", which is hold on to lean mass, shed bodyfat, be able to add muscle, etc. This is what having a natural base that was developed for years lends to the weight trainer. I would have trained for a good 2 years at least before deciding to use AAS, but that's just what I'd advise.

Not a flame at all, I applaud your interest in health. I'd just go about it a bit differently.

    agree with SC.

    Growing nicely, delts especially.
But..Not the build a juicer should have. Very easy to obtain naturally.

Not to hijack the thread, but SC's response is a perfect critique. Positive, yet very honest. Been seeing a lot of real immature responses of late is all. Nice bro.

Man SC, you make it so much easier for the rest of us to reply when you come in with an honest spot on assessment like this. I agree 100%
