Hey fellas, I'd just like to say that I havn't been reading this forum for long but I must say I'm impressed.
I'm not exactly into body building but I'd like to "tankyish" Which I am at the moment, but I need to fill the flab/fat I have into muscle.
I'm 15 years old, and I havn't been doing weights for that long When I was 13-14 I use to weigh about 93 kilograms which is about 200lbs I think (which is very fat) Then I got down to about 75kg ever since I've been doing weights/watching what i've been eating I now weigh 83kg.
I can benchpress 75 kilograms, I do bicep curls of rougly 25kilograms, in 5 sets of 10 reps. Elbow reaches? I do the same.. and I do about 80 pushups and about 40 situps (Which I do every 2nd day)
I don't have a sixpack or anything, my arms are big from where I use to be really fat, but when I flex you can notice a change
Anyway, these pictures that I have aren't exactly what I'd say good, their sort of a waste of time, just couldn't wait to post and meet you people, you all seem like interesting good people.
