    Tman55 New Pics

    Here are a few pics i took last week. i am about to cut for spring. just finished a test/deca cycle week ago. what would you guess my bf% is?

    5'6"
    185 (ish)
    36yo

    thanks! ok. yup chest is hard to grow. i bench around 370 max (raw). I do 330x5 on my last workset, but my back grows just from thinking about working out.

    i don't know bro. thought about doing some PLing. rawlifts: bench 370 or so, dead around 600 (max next week), squat somewhere around 500 below parallel

    some bro's have been trying to get me to do a BBldg contest. i am not sure i wanna get out there. don't feel like i am big enough...and my posing well it's bad.

    upper body looks real thick. traps look real good. id say your legs specifically your quads are lacking

    agreed. to top that off i have had several quad tears over the years that actually have my legs muscle structure messed up. especially lower right quad. it's pretty much rolled up into the middle part of the leg.

    If your legs matched your upper body you would be 20-30 pounds heavier. Legs need some serious catch up work to match your upper body.

    legs do need more work without a doubt. 20-30lbs, on my legs, no way bro.

    Yes way. We are both 5'6". By the thickness of your upper body and specially back you would be alot more than 185 if your legs matched. I'd say at least 205-210. That is 25 pounds.

    25 lbs on my legs alone is alot of weight to add. i know my back overpowers everything else, genetically it wants to grow. i don't know how i would add 25 lbs of beef to my legs..i guess with time.

    i currently do squats to the ground, leg press, hack squats, leg ext, sldl, calves and i do deads on back day. any suggestions to get them to grow more?

    I think there is a big discrepancy between your upper and lower half. Split your leg training to twice a week. One day quads. Hamstrings & calves the other day.

    ok i'll try that. i need a change and i do want to add some size to them legs. squats on quad day?
