No sir.. I switched from my previous (commercial) gym to this one. It's smaller and more hardcore imo. Bare essentials.. and a shitload of weight.

    Just what i need

    750- lb leg-press part 3: The lock-out

I got 10 reps at this weight.

    Last week i got 15

After Deadlifts; standing legcurls; seated leg-curls; and leg-presses.. i added some ass-to-the-ground squats to 'finish off'

    Light weights:

225 lbs.. two sets: 8 reps each set:

I'm 209 lbs there.. these pics were taken on Sunday.. all during the same training session:

    http://forums.steroid.com/showpost.p...&postcount=254
    [lower back; legs; chest; triceps]

The deadlifts... I got 515 lbs for 2 reps.

The leg presses.. last session i got a personal best of 15 reps at 750.. this session, due to the addition of the deadlifts at the start of the session, i only got 10 reps at 750.

I got two reps at these.. followed by a dropset down to the 100 lb dumbbells for another two reps...This was a personal best.

Old school weights, like pumping iron. All my gyms have the irongrips lol All pretty looking. Pisses me off too because they only go up to 125's at most places. Gotta travel to find the 150's.

That's why i switched to this gym... In commercial gyms those grunts that escape when you're under max poundage are taboo. Those guys are lookign for any reason to revoke your membership

    Stop by Dallas first

Smiling on the calves I can just see your partner telling you to smile in the middle of those 515 deads

My dumbbells only go up to 100 and I seriously was contemplating transfering schools because of it tonight I was so mad haha
