    I wouldnt cycle if i was u. U look at least if not better than most ppl here who do cycle. Just keep doin what ur doin, seems like its workin.

    i eat the same things everyone else does i assume....normal eggs tuna chicken oatmeal rice steak if im lucky, im also not afraid of a good cheat day here and there, nothing really out of the ordinary

    for a cycle, i still really havnt decided yet, im still learning everything i can about it so if i choose to later and be educated and have all of the basics covered

    mate u look great, i woiuld hold off a cycle and get as far as ya can naturally..

    havent read all of this thread so sorry in advance if someone has asked this but u thinkin of competin?great genetics fella...when i saw ya pic at first i thought u had a great physique even for someone who had juiced, but to be pretty much natural, i take my imaginary hat off t ya!!

    Thanks for the compliment, i get asked about competing a lot, i have considered it but am not in that point in my life where i feel i can dedicate tha amount of time necessary to compete

    i started lifiting when i was about 14, but didnt know enough to put together a workout or diet, i just kinda went into the gym and copied other people or did what i thought looked right.

    this is just a sample of what i wuld eat... the meals may not be in teh same order each day or be combined exactly how they are...i try to keep most of the carbs in the morning if i can. i keep as strict as i can but wont go too crazy...if i can ill throw in some steak instead of the meat and maybe a salad or some vegetables on the side if available..

    thanks, i try and get a 1rm every once inawhile to track progress, nothin special

    bench - 360
    squat - 425
    dead - never max'd out i usually just do 350 for around 8

    im not really sure what else yah wanna know lemme know

    do u tend to stay lean all year round??cos ya diet looks like there isnt much carbs in there so most cals cumin from the protein which looks to be quite high...if ur managing to keep hold of that mass naturally on a carb depleted diet then big props to ya mate...awesome job

    nah in the fall/winter time i eat like a pig, and have alittle more size and bloat in me ...i do burn fat quick which helps me out, but i lose most of my abs in that time. instead of having just 2 cans of tuna, i would throw in 4 slices of wheat bread to make some sandwitches. with the chicken/steak i would have some potatoes, etc.

    i kind of look forward to the fall/winter so i can relax my diet a bit and eat some more of the foods i enjoy

    I find you a good example of what can be done without using steroids , way to many people jumping into that. I'm in Iceland and there are 16 year old guys here taking orals and doing nothing else in the gym than benchpressing, sad..
    Anyway you look very nice, can I say youre visually pleasing without sounding gay? Yeah, I think I can and I did..

    Keep doing whatever youre doing cause it seems to be working..

    i appreciate the comments, i feel the same way, and wonder why more people dont have more patience when it comes to starting gear. granted not everyone has the same genetics or goals for that matter.
