I wouldnt cycle if i was u. U look at least if not better than most ppl here who do cycle. Just keep doin what ur doin, seems like its workin.

do u tend to stay lean all year round??cos ya diet looks like there isnt much carbs in there so most cals cumin from the protein which looks to be quite high...if ur managing to keep hold of that mass naturally on a carb depleted diet then big props to ya mate...awesome job

I find you a good example of what can be done without using steroids , way to many people jumping into that. I'm in Iceland and there are 16 year old guys here taking orals and doing nothing else in the gym than benchpressing, sad..
Anyway you look very nice, can I say youre visually pleasing without sounding gay? Yeah, I think I can and I did..
