4 days away from 1st competition, practicing posing in kitchen. Im still getting darker as far as tan, and the side chest = I screwed up and didnt flex chest focused too much on the bicep, leg and back shots screwed up and didnt save right. lat pose was taking from a bad angle so please critique these. I'm 5'9 185lbs no idea what bf% scale says 19 but I dont trust the walmart digital scale lol. I'm still cutting water as well, im popping vitamin c, chugging vinegar and popping thermo boost and pissing every 5minutes lol.

oh and what can I do for vascularity as far as right before the show, the vascularity in the pics is with no pump just a hard flex. My calves and quads are vascular and strirated, wish I had pic to show them, also in the side tricep pose my shoulders are strirated. And when I dont screw up the chest shot, it has strirations also.
