    4 days out from competition

    4 days away from 1st competition, practicing posing in kitchen. Im still getting darker as far as tan, and the side chest = I screwed up and didnt flex chest focused too much on the bicep, leg and back shots screwed up and didnt save right. lat pose was taking from a bad angle so please critique these. I'm 5'9 185lbs no idea what bf% scale says 19 but I dont trust the walmart digital scale lol. I'm still cutting water as well, im popping vitamin c, chugging vinegar and popping thermo boost and pissing every 5minutes lol.

    oh and what can I do for vascularity as far as right before the show, the vascularity in the pics is with no pump just a hard flex. My calves and quads are vascular and strirated, wish I had pic to show them, also in the side tricep pose my shoulders are strirated. And when I dont screw up the chest shot, it has strirations also.

    4 days..umm im thinkin you may wanna hold off for another show unless this is just to get your feet wet..cause uhh i dont really think your body looks up to par w/4 DAYS out..

    yeah It was a kinda last minute thing

    It was a last minute desicion, its a highschool comp/fundraiser. So, nothing too serious, and yeah I figured the experience would help. Either way its for a good cause right? And any learning experience can help

    some of the guys that compete should have some advice on how to bring out vascuarity. since this isnt a serious show i think its good that your getting on stage if you plan on doing that in the future, but you really need a few more weeks to slim down. chest and abs need work.

    yeah also gotta remember WHEN DOING A SIDE CHEST POST FLEX YOUR MFING CHEST, otherwise it looks like b*tch tits lmfao. And as for abs, i can feel the 6 pack, but its covered in like a mixture of loose skin and water, i cut about 20lbs in the past 2 months. lost alot of fat, but the skin stayed, any idea how to fix that? Ive heard prep H right before the show will help....

    great attitude. best of luck. i dont think any last minute things are going to make a difference. enjoy it and do your best. good base for a high school kid too (if you are a high schooler)

    Yea you need about 4-5 more weeks. Use this for the future and you'll come in alot more tighter and little more lean. Not to often you get to practice like this, good luck to u and great look for you age.

    Dude if i were you id drastically cut my water intake, like 1/4 for the next 3 days and sips of water day of the show. And hop on some serious diuretics.

    traraxatone, or xpel are pretty good products.

    hopefully that wil tighten you up some.
    make sure you do supplement a mineral formula though, cause with loosing water you loose a lot of your minerals too

    Yep, I'm still in HS. I'm a senior this year, and after this comp there is a teen georgia competition coming up sometime in july, do I have some time to bulk a little before then and then cut down, or do I just need to work on cutting until then?

    Vascularity is apparent with low bodyfat... Your bodyfat is on the high side.

    My advice?

    Enjoy the fund-raiser... When it's over, continue cutting. From there.. lean bulk til 16 weeks out from your next contest.. then cut again.

    July... I say.. start cutting right after this show if you want to make the show in july

    GA state championships? I will not be in the teen division though..men's novice. WHere are you in georgia? I bet I can guess...Lawrenceville/Atl?

    You do look pretty good for your age. Let this be a learning experience..you bf is way too high to be 4 days out. Have fun at this event, and good luck for the show in July..

    Its over

    So yeah I got 2nd in the heavyweight class, and 4th overall. Everyone says I got robbed. Shoulda done more cardio, thats my fault. Oh well. I learned alot.

    I applaud your desire to get on stage.

    However, your midsection is not covered by skin/water, it's covered by fat.

    Obliques, lower back and abdominal fat.

    You aren't 4 days, not 4 weeks out, but about 8 weeks out.

    Arms and traps look good!
