    Pic of me finally

    This is me. 2 years working out. 1 year seriously. I started at same height 5'10 and 135. Now still 5'10 and 177. im around 11-12% BF i think? wha about you guys whatcha think im at? lol. Anyways I know its a horrible pic on how my arms and stuff are. Ill get some real posing pictures up ASAP!. P.S JUST turned 19



    I know im to young for gear like ill hear from most but im already on a test e 500mg/week cycle with a dbol kickstart (what you see now is all natural size as i havent had any gains yet from it). proper pct of coarse. My diet is in check as well. I work at a supplement shop I get good guidance

    Looking good bro . BF% estimate seems about right give or take a percentage or two. Keep it up, and update with more pics when you get them.

    Nice shape but not a great pic. Covering chest and no legs or back

    Deff potential, but it's clear that your diet is lacking and needs more discipline.

    hmm it was someone else. I never got your PM undecided.. odd.

    Anyways what should i work on more? I know my biceps need work largely (even though thats a good pic of them i know) Any tips on building them "thicker" from the front? My traps need work as well. My quads, chest, and lats are my strong points. Delts are alright I suppose, still trying to get em bigger to look wider

    Inside grip preacher curls build a good thick bicep. As for wider delts, front,side, and rear db raises along with heavy military presses. Still, very impressive for 19.

    I'm curious about your diet myself. Don't know if it's lacking or not, but it's easy to tell if we knew what it is. Mind posting it?

    I may be totally off, but from the looks of the pic it seems that you eat fairly clean to hold slight abs but you have a soft look to you like you cheat more often then you should. Probably get enough protein in your diet but lack on complex carbs + unsat fat. Thus your calories are a bit too low for a lean bulk and you can't put on mass easily. lol just a wild guess.

    It's not finding fault, it's giving constructive criticism, which is what he asked for. I don't appreciate a board full of people who tell you "Great job, great job, great job, when you truly want some tips that will save you time and energy." Great looking for 19, I will never agree with you taking juice at that age or after only two years of lifting, you had so much more you could have accomplished without it, IMO. And if you don't know the basics of various muscular developments there is another indicator that you should stay natural for longer.

    Ppl post pics not only to get compliments but for a critique as well. Many friends and family do not understand what a "good" body looks like because of the pathetic shape they are in, so asking them would do no good. That's why ppl come here and ask for honest opinions.

    That's like a girl bringing her boyfriend/husband to the mall and asking him is "this shirt looks good" etc.. She'll get a half-assed answer.

    He speaks the truth. How many times have you asked a friend or family member about your physique only to get an answer about how your too obsessed, to0 big, addicted to training, etc? I just stopped asking anybody who isn't into the same lifestyle because they couldn't give me a straight up answer.

    Look good, made good gains naturally..I just don't know why you couldn't have continued naturally. Too young and you hop on aas after only 1 year of serious lifting?

    As for diet, illpost what i ate today....

    8 egg whites
    2cup oatmeal
    2 bananas
    3 meal replacement protein shakes
    1 isolate shake (post workout)
    bowl of cottage cheese
    sandwhich on multi grain (w/turkey lettuce cheese ect)
    plate of pasta
    4 tbs flax oil
    multi vitamin (3X)
    Vege Greens (1 scoop morning 1 scoop night)
    baked potato
    yogurt

    As you can see its not the best. But Im eating clean now and I try to eat as much of everything as I can. Its the best I can do with school, work and everything else in the day.

    Keep your focus.
    Also, IBdmfkr pulls no punches - I've learn things from his posts all the time.

    My 2 cents from what I see is for you to keep an eye on the forearms and to do a little more incline woirk for upper chest.

    As for the biceps lookin larger from the front - grow your triceps more and try alternating bicep curls with palms in toward your hips when down but twist out and keep your pinky higher than the other fingers when coming up - palms should be facing the ceiling at the top of the movement. this will help forearms as well.

    Just be patient and keep workin Bro!

    Do a timeline so we can help modify it, also list current goals incase I missed it in an earlier post.
    Ex:

    9am - 6eggs (3whites) 2pieces of toast (wholewheat) 8oz OJ.

    12pm - 6oz Chicken 1cup brown rice etc
    etc
    etc


    This way we can help add the calories and macros. Once you get this down, everything else will seem easy
