2cup oatmeal
2 bananas
3 meal replacement protein shakes
1 isolate shake (post workout)
bowl of cottage cheese
sandwhich on multi grain (w/turkey lettuce cheese ect)
plate of pasta
4 tbs flax oil
multi vitamin (3X)
Vege Greens (1 scoop morning 1 scoop night)
baked potato
yogurt
As you can see its not the best. But Im eating clean now and I try to eat as much of everything as I can. Its the best I can do with school, work and everything else in the day.
