Alrighty so I'm finally getting back in they gym after a long time off. I had shoulder surgery on my left shoulder a while back and I am just now able to start doing some of the lifting without extreme pain. I am still limited to some things I can and can't do. All chest routines have to be on a machine or something controlled like cables, so that sucks. I can do free weight for my bis, back, and tris. Anything involving the shoulder I use machines. As you can see I've got a little fat weight. I figured I'd start eating a lot and put on some weight before I really got back in the gym. I'm not to concerned about being lean at this point in time, I just want to get some mass back. My chest is lagging way behind. In these pics I had a semi pump because I was just doing some calisthenics. I'm gonna get back on some of my weight gainers and just eat like a horse, healthy of course. I will keep you posted with the progress. Here are the pics, feel free to criticize. Take it easy.
