    Before I start to Bulk, the wheels included....

    Hey guys I had a thread up here before with these pics, but no wheels, and at the time I was considering AAS...I have made the decision to weight and really push myself on a bulking routine and see how far I can go Natty...Right now I'm finishing up a cutting routine for summer through mid may, then Bulk for 8 months, this is me right now....19 years old 178 1 serious year of lifting....

    Good decision to stay natty I'm your age too. I gained a whole lot of weight bulking natty..mostly fat/water but Im not worried. You'll be there in no time..

    yeah I can't wait to finish this cut, which in my opinion is kinda pointless considering how lean I am already, but the leaner you are before you bulk, the better you will bulk as I understand...

    Yeah I would say so. I wouldn't want to start my bulk at 16% and end up 20+..I started at 12-13 and now Im 15-16. I've slacked on the cardio the last month and I've gone up a point or two

    Yeah, I mean right now I'm at like 8 and by the time I'm done with this cut I should be a point or two lower, so I mean that will be Great cause the I can really bulk up and once I'm done bulking, be at a very managable BF to cut down and still have that size gain at the same time, thats the plan anyways

    You aren't 8% bodyfat brutha, but I applaud your hard work and dedication especially at an age where a lot of people your age are partying and getting f*cked up daily.

    Thanks, I really have never ate to bulk before, and that was the biggest reason I wanted to do AAS cause i never took that into consideration...I thought that I had done a proper bulking program, when in reality I didnt, only lifted to bulk, not ate, and thats why I was unhappy with my progress...

    DB your so negative all the time...Ok so I'll be 20 next week, sorry for being so misleading (eye roll, lol)....Yeah I def gotta concentrate on eating to bulk, cause my lift never really changes, it always stays pretty heavy, just the incorportation of cardio and carb cutting/sugar cutting is determinate of my cutting routine

    I applaude you undecided - chest has a great point as far as a plan.
    I wish I had done this earlier in my life.

    Great pics too brother - I respect the "wheels" - not enough people work 'em.
    Stay on the board and read about bulking - you'll get some great ideas.

    haha, thanks TAD, u know what is so funny? i had a guy, on one of my other posts, say that I was "one of those kids who goes to the gym and only lifts bi's and benches" I took that so offensive man, especially as someone who enjoys to deadlift and squat...not the most "fun" of exercises...

    thanks for your support TAD and Swole, hey swole just curious, why am I not 8 percent BF? Cause heres my story...My trainer back home, his name is Don Alessi, you may have heard of him...He just wrote a book called "lose fat forever" hes a personal trainer and bodybuilder as a hobby, runs his own business yadda yadda yadda...Well he was tellin me that he learned how to take bf measurements, from the guys who learned from the people who invented the system so this is going to be "the most accurate BF measurement you've ever had" that was last august...

    Well, I don't know what method he uses, I was just eye-ballin' it.

    You aren't much higher, but I'd guess 10-12% overall.

    If it was a bet, which it's not, that is where my money would lie.

    In any event bodyfat to me has always been irrelevant, as I simply work until I achieve the look I desire. A "figure" doesn't matter to me, MY figure does.

    No I hear that, thats always been my thing to Swole, I work at GNC, and I always tell girls that do you care how much you weight or do you care what you look like? Cause the numbers dont matter to me nearly as much as how I look in the mirror...Now obviously some numbers correlate with the mirror, but at the same time I would be happy if i weighed 150 and looked huge...

    Yup, and if you think like that and train/diet as such, you'll not only look better but you'll alleviate most, if not all, of the head games.

    Also, what is your opinion of my build at this point, I mean I plan on cutting jsut a little longer, with diet and cardio, so that my BF is as low as possible when I go to Bulk, but what is your opinion of my build at this point and advice...I'll send you that PM in a sec

    haha True that and I agree, But I'm not prepared to be fat for Summer, so thats why I Wanna finish my cutting cycle through may and then get after the bulk...Problem for me is what am I cutting? haha, not much there, lol
