First i listen to what everbody says in this forum thats why im here, tryin to figure out if there is a problem and you can bet ill be doing my legs first thing in the morning, and thats a great idea about postin my diet,, I am always on the run so thats why i say my diet is pretty good, its tough the first four hours of my day to sit and eat im always grabbing protien bars or egg whites and turkey on whole wheat, i deliver juice in Manhatten, so im up at 4 am, and gotta get in and out of the city as fast as possible, im not tryin to make excuses, i just need to make adjustments, like bring food to work..
