my eac stack
well im 5"10 178 lb im looking to get in shape read diet thread will be doing the eac stack and going to the gym and getting my diet right.

thats true for everyone on this site just like dont juice just wc work out and cardio,i go to work at 3am so the stack gives me energy to work out after work.

You really need to work on your diet. Wake up earlier, and do cardio before going to work.
