    7 month progress pics

I started training in July of last year. The second pic was taken in August of that same summer. The first was taken around mid feb. of this year. That is the point at which i started my cycle.

Thanx SVT... i didnt cycle till after that point ... well I shouldnt say that, i used clen only for a while, maybe a month or so, but i couldnt handle it more than that. I mostly just trained hard with a trainer, and tried sticking to a pretty strict diet.

My trainer would do 3 week cycles with me of strength training and then move into a size program for 3 weeks .. he would always seperate the strength and size programs by doing full body circuit training workouts for a week in between, adding lots of plyometrics.

Thanx alot bros! It would seem that the hard part is over, or so i would have thought, however losing the fat wasnt half the struggle it is for me to gain mass.

Anyone have any tips in either dieting or training that might help me maintain mass. I no w train 6 days on , one day off, eat every two hours, and try to even eat right before i crawl into bed .. usually 2 pb sandwiches on whole wheat with some skim mil, and somehow i went from 208-202 and struggling!!!
    thanks
and my stregnth gains seem to be a little off as well... jst last week i benched 315 even for 3 sets of 8, yesterday i was pushing up 205 for sets of 15 wth short rest (30 seconds) and it seemed heaver than i was expecting.
ive been experiencing some rough shoulder pains in my left shoulder - possibly bicep tendon.

Are you coming off cycle right now, or mid cycle? If you are coming off, 6 days a week may be too much right now, I like to stick to 4 days a week balls out workouts. Also, what are your goals right now? Are you trying to keep your BF down? If not, I would just up the calories, the chances of you losing weight because of the way you train are slim to none. Try posting your diet in the diet forum for more advice.

Nice work. Just keep eating right and eat, eat, eat...you'll get there.

How did the clen work for that month you were on? Did you shred some fat?

Thanx for all the kind words bro's!

Kappa- i started a test E cycle around when the second pixcture was taken. I gained smoe wait, but minimal, so unfortunately decided to lengthen the cycle and add some deca. i am now 205-210 depending on the day, whereas i was 185 in the picture. However my gains seem to come much much slower than my weightloss, and i dont look much bigger at 205 than i did at 185! I may have mentally traned myself to eat too little!

Mwolffey- I lost my nipplering this weekend when a drunken friend tacklred me at a bar

my PCT will be nolva and letro as i have a small case of gyno in my right nipple!

    thanx again bros
